Ham Radio Exams
The Boston Amateur Radio Club Volunteer Exam team holds monthly exam sessions each second Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The October and November exams may be held on the first Monday of the month if the usual schedule would fall on a school holiday - please check the main BARC web page to confirm.
If Brookline public schools (or the Pierce School itself) is closed due to inclement weather, the exam session for that month will be cancelled.
Examinations are held at the Pierce School on 50 School Street in Brookline.
School street runs between Washington Street and Harvard Street - Enter from Washington Street opposite Cypress Street. There is a free parking lot under the building off the circular driveway at 50 School Street. For those traveling via public transportation, take the 'D' branch of the Green Line to the Brookline Village and walk up Harvard Street, or take the 66 bus over to Harvard street and School Street.
